Water Assistance Programs for Residents

Water Residential Assistance Program

The Water Residential Assistance Program (WRAP) is a two year program that provides funding to eligible, low-income homeowners to assist with water bills, water conservation, and self-sufficiency initiatives. Phone: 313-386-9727

Catholic Charities

Flint residents can get up to 5 gallons of filtered water per day at 2 locations within the city at no cost. Follow the link for more information. In addition, the organization has programs to help with food assistance, job searches and clothing. Phone: 810-232-9950
