PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will complete structural repairs to the ramps at the I-75/I-69 interchange. This work is part of an overall $1 million investment in structural repairs to 12 bridges across Genesee and Lapeer counties. Work includes repairs to expansion joints, concrete patching to the bridge substructures, and steel repairs.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
The southbound I-75 ramp to eastbound I-69 will be closed Sept. 6-13. This work will require a single-lane closure on Ballenger Highway
This work is weather dependent. Motorists should follow the posted detour via westbound I-69, Bristol Road, and eastbound I-69.
SAFETY BENEFITS:
This work involves repairing critical bridge components necessary to extend the life of the infrastructure.
