Homeowners Property Exemption (HOPE)

Flint homeowners whose income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty level can apply for the HOPE program through the City of Flint Assessor’s Office. Applications are due by December 10, 2025 and will be taken before the Board of Review for approval.
