Homeowners Property Exemption (HOPE)

Flint homeowners whose income is at or below 150% of the federal poverty level can apply for the HOPE program through the City of Flint Assessor’s Office. Applications are due by December 9, 2024 and will be taken before the Board of Review for approval.
