FLINT, Mich. – Flint residents in need of dental care can come to a FREE dental clinic Friday, June 14, and Saturday, June 15 at the Dort Financial Center at 3501 Lapeer Rd. This free clinic is open to residents of all ages, regardless of income level. Translators will be provided for language services. Doors open at 6 a.m. and close when the event reaches capacity or at 6 p.m. Residents are encouraged to come early since it is first come, first served.
“A lot of area dentists, totaling over 100 years of experience between them, are coming to this clinic to provide their time and expertise to support the dental needs of our residents,” Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley said. “If you have a dental issue that needs to be looked at, this is the place you need to visit.”
The Free Dental Clinic is being provided by the Michigan Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy whose goal is to serve the under-served and uninsured in Michigan. For more information, visit their website.
