Envelopes for Receiving and Mailing Absentee Ballots are Pictured Below

REMINDER: The City Clerk’s office would like to remind voters that the Absentee Ballot envelope you receive in the mail looks like this (see example to the left).
Envelopes containing Absentee Ballots have a specially designed blue and white look.
Envelopes to return Absentee Ballots have a green and white design (see example to the right).
Clerks in all communities are using these newly designed envelopes, per the Secretary of State’s office.
