Enforcement Text Amendment Memo and Language 2024

An amendment to Chapter 50 of the Code of Ordnances was approved by City Council on September 9, 2024. The amendment adds language to §50-200 and §50-202 allowing the Building Official, Zoning Coordinator, and their designated staff to write municipal civil infractions for violations of Chapter 50 in addition to existing enforcement options. The amended text will go into effect on September 29, 2024.
