Cooling Stations open during heat wave this week

From the National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac: An extremely warm and humid air mass takes hold today and will last throughout the entire week. Peak heat indices of 95F to 100F are possible each afternoon. The anticipated level of long-duration extreme heat with little to no overnight relief (lows above 70F) will affect individuals without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration.
