Pursuant to Act 267 of the Public Acts of 1976 (Open Meetings Act) and Flint City Charter Section 3-202, notice is hereby given that Mayor Sheldon A. Neeley hereby calls for a special meeting of the Flint City Council scheduled to be held as follows:

• Time: 3 p.m.
• Location: Flint City Hall, City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor

This meeting is being held for the following purpose:

• To present the 2021 budget
