Details:    Join Mayor Karen Weaver and Flint City Hall Staff for the 3rd annual Harvest Fest! 

Residents are invited to City Hall for safe, family friendly indoor trick or treating. 

Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for the Annual Harvest Fest.
